STJ Advisors is an independent global capital markets advisory firm focused purely on advising issuers and financial sponsors or other controlling shareholders on their capital markets activities.
Founded in 2008, STJ initially approached Reflective IT to provide the company with ad hoc technical support to the 4-3 founding partners. Typical to many start-ups the business was initially very email centric using a mixture of laptops and pc’s.
Client issues:
As the company grew, Reflective supported multiple office moves and a workforce of up to 50 staff. Eventually STJ reached a point where they had a large office based team and a permanently remote advisory team and effective collaboration was paramount. Old hardware was coming to end of life and starting to present an uptime risk.

Today STJ still don’t have any in house IT staff as the team at Reflective are able to address all their IT requirements including security, compliance, authentication, ongoing desktop and server management, licensing, user management and other administrative tasks.
