How Does It Work?

• Start Recording & Transcription: During your Teams meeting, select More > Record and Transcribe to enable both features. Transcription runs in real time, displaying live captions and creating a searchable record.
• Intelligent Recap: After the meeting, Teams Premium uses Copilot to generate a structured summary, including key decisions, action items, speaker timelines, chapters, and shared files. These are accessible in the Recap tab.
• Easy Access: View and download transcripts and AI-generated notes directly from the meeting chat or OneDrive. Search for keywords, review mentions, and replay the meeting video if needed.
• Confidentiality & Control: Organisers can manage recording and transcription policies for different teams, ensuring compliance and privacy.
