It’s a simple way to say thank you for your feedback while helping restore landscapes and support local communities around the world.

How It Works

• After your IT support ticket is closed, you’ll receive a Feefo review invitation.
• Leave your honest feedback—positive or constructive.
• Once submitted, your review triggers a tree to be planted via Ecologi.

These trees are part of verified reforestation projects that engage local communities and nurture seeds into full-grown forests.
