Reflective IT have managed the IT services for Hawkwood Capital LLP since 2006 when they had a team of 4. Since that time they have grown substantially and dependence upon the IT infrastructure has greatly increased.
Our Solution:
Having provided Hawkwood with ad hoc IT support since 2006, recently they chose a bespoke fixed cost package which includes: cloud based backup, regular pro-active site maintenance, unlimited helpdesk facilities with remote support, monitoring and management, quarterly account management reviews and an escalated Service Level Agreement which supports their business requirements. Working closely with our comms partner, a new Leased line link was installed to provide a high level Service level for time to fix and a higher speed un-contended product.
Benefits: This has freed up a growing team to not worry about clock watching whilst on the phone, concerned with the cost they are incurring. We can now provide detailed road maps and work with the Hawkwood management team to create medium to long term IT strategy that supports the businesses plans both now and in the future.
