Feefo’s Trusted Service Awards programme is designed to highlight brands that consistently exceed expectations. To obtain certification, winners must:

Collect a minimum number of verified customer reviews each year
Maintain a minimum rating of 4.3 for Gold and 4.5 for Platinum
Demonstrate consistent excellence for at least three consecutive years (for Platinum)
Use only verified, authenticated reviews to qualify
