Cannizaro House Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel in Wimbledon on Cannizaro Park.
Client issues:
An ageing server for their hotel booking system and hotel operations and a slow internet connection which frustrated staff and guests alike and generated guest dissatisfaction. They wanted to upgrade to the latest technology and better use their IT systems to generate sales and revenue.
Our solution: We worked with Agilisys who provide bespoke software and systems for hospitality businesses worldwide. We selected the appropriate hardware for their system requirements, presented costings to the client and a project plan to fit with the software implementation. On approval of our proposal, we then implemented the solution for the client on time and to budget.
We now maintain and support their entire underlying infrastructure, and advise on any changes that may be required to keep the system working at its optimum capabilities.
