Reflective are pleased to announce a new team member to the support team – Samantha our new second-line support analyst. Joining the team in these COVID-19 times has been an unusual start for our new team member – but like the professionals, she has taken to her role and become part of the team very quickly.
Samantha joins us looking for a new challenge after gaining a broad range of experience at a fast-growing MSP and is excited for the next step in her IT career. On starting during COVID-19 Samantha said,
“Starting this job from home made it slightly challenging, however there is always someone online and happy to help. From my very first day, the team and the company are as welcoming as can be!”
