Our Coronavirus Response

Reflective IT is closely monitoring the situation with regards to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). This includes close attention to the latest guidance from the WHO (World Health Organization), as well as from UK authorities.

Our top priorities are the welfare of our employees, as well as maintaining the high level of service for our customers.

As the spread of Coronavirus is expected to escalate, we would like to draw the follow to your attention:

All Reflective IT staff are enabled to work from home in self-isolation and take calls and continue to remotely support our customers.
We will continue with site visits for the time being whilst closely following government and CDC advice and recommendations.
Some computer hardware processors are in constraint which is causing a delay in orders for popular laptop models, stock levels are fluctuating rapidly and pricing is affected.
We are receiving a high volume of requests for additional laptops and remote working setup and will be prioritising non-urgent issues to accommodate clients requirements to work remotely.
All of our customers have the infrastructure in place to facilitate remote working.
