The event took place on Friday 10th July at Ascot Racecourse. The Property Race Day brought together the property industry’s most established annual events, bringing together professionals from across the UK’s property, real estate and finance sectors for a day of racing, networking and fundraising.

Now in its 19th year, The Property Race Day has raised over £3.4 million for charitable causes to date, supporting projects with lasting, generational impact across multiple markets. Each year, the event grows in ambition and reach, and 2026 is no exception, with an expanded hospitality offering, an enhanced digital guest experience, and a renewed commitment to raising funds for exceptional charities.

Why we are sponsoring
The property sector is one we know well. Many of our clients work in real estate, property management and construction, and we’ve seen first-hand how the right technology and cyber security support can make a genuine difference to how these businesses operate.
We’ve always believed that business works best when it’s built on real relationships, and events like this are where those relationships are made. The Property Race Day brings together some brilliant people doing great work across the industry, and we wanted to be part of that.

How the day went
A few of the Reflective IT team headed down to Ascot for the day, and it did not disappoint. Great weather, a brilliant atmosphere, and plenty of familiar faces alongside some new ones.
Alongside the racing, the day included raffles and fundraising in support of some fantastic charities, with the wider industry coming together for a great cause. It was a genuine pleasure to be part of an event that combines a great day out with real purpose behind it.
